The opportunity.
Inter Ottawa Soccer Club is seeking a Head Coach to lead its men’s competitive program. The coach will help establish a clear playing identity, raise performance standards and develop players through winter, preseason and outdoor competition.
What we’re looking for.
- A Canada Soccer C Diploma or higher, or a formally recognized international equivalent.
- Relevant experience in senior men’s, university, high-performance youth or comparable competitive coaching.
- Strong session planning, tactical, player-development and match-management skills, with clear leadership and communication.
- Availability for in-person evening training and weekday or weekend matches in Ottawa, plus the ability to meet registration, screening and Safe Sport requirements.
Experience with video analysis and player recruitment is an asset. The initial winter schedule includes Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions, beginning in January 2027.
