Inter Ottawa offers demanding competitive environments and organized recreational options with a more flexible commitment profile. Our Old Timers program keeps players aged 35+ connected to the game, while a women’s program is being developed for the future.

For players seeking demanding senior competition, regular training and a committed team environment. Entry is subject to tryouts, assessment and available squad places.
Talented younger players ready for the demands of senior competition are welcome to enquire. Participation is subject to assessment, applicable age and registration requirements, and any necessary approvals.
